If you read my last blog https://timhon.wordpress.com/2012/01/23/my-life-in-birthday-songs/ you learned that I was not too happy with the song list that topped the charts on my birthday each year. So, I thought I’d make a list of what I would have been listening to on my birthday…Going back though, I would in most cases have to guess…because, well…I can’t remember what I listened to 44 years ago, but I like to think I was a cool baby so my best guess is what you get.

That was hard…this list could have gone a lot of ways…I have some of the widest range in music taste of anyone you’ll know. At any given time I could be listening to Rock, Alternative, Country or Punk. I’ve listened to music throughout my life from Van Halen to Kenny Rodgers, Led Zeplin to The Sex Pistols and from AC/DC to Depeche Mode. I’ve seen Madonna in concert and attended the Vans Warped Tour. The past few years I’ve listened to Taylor Swift, Five Finger Death Punch and Death Cab For Cutie and all on one CD currently in my SUV’s player, you find Splipknot, Shinedown, Rise Against, Saving Abel and Miley Cyrus. I’m thinking I could have been a music critic for Rolling Stone 🙂
Who knows what I’ll be listening to come this April 8th….What do you listen to?
